Recall and inpection My car went in for inspection yesterday and was asked to fix the recall on my car. The dealership did my inspection fine but claimed I had no recall o My car went in for inspection yesterday and was asked to fix the recall on my car. The dealership did my inspection fine but claimed I had no recall on my car when I got a letter in the mail stating I did and the ford app says so as well. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they are supposed to fix my recall at no cost and they’re trying to tell me I don’t have one when this has been a thing since October. This dealership is trash. Clearly they don’t know what they’re doing and shouldn’t be in business if they have no intentions on fixing recall problems. This recall on my car is for engine stalling so it’s pretty xxxx serious but they don’t care about anyone’s safety apparently, only your money! DO NOT GO HERE More
