However, he made us feel as if we were his only customers at the time. He showed us any vehicle that we were interested in. He even took a vehicle out of the show room for us. When we selected a used Ford Taurus, Bill was totally honest and open to providing us with all of the information that we needed to feel good about our purchase. He took the extra time to spend time with us in the car to explain all of the features of the vehicle. I thought that, because we were only buying a used car, we would just get rushed through the process. Michael Strauser was also extremely busy when we visited the dealership.
