Pleasant and helpful I made the appointment for a recall repair. On the way over, the low tire pressure message came on. When I checked in I asked the service person to p I made the appointment for a recall repair. On the way over, the low tire pressure message came on. When I checked in I asked the service person to put air in the tires as well as the repair. After I sat down for about 15 minutes, the service person came to tell me that the tire pressure for my car was all wrong. ( I had someone else put air in for me previously) So the mechanics there straightened that out, repaired the recall, and washed the car. They all went above the call of duty to help me, and with a smile. More
