Horrible service My car has been to the dealership 5 times for the same problem. I just picked my car up and it has to go back. 2003 T-Bird Called Ralph Nittoli about an oil change and install an ABS Brake Sensor Cable. Ralph scheduled me in the very next day. I waited for the car! As I Called Ralph Nittoli about an oil change and install an ABS Brake Sensor Cable. Ralph scheduled me in the very next day. I waited for the car! As I was waiting, service informed me that the right rear wheel studs were stripping out. They removed them and replaced them with new. I was very thankful this situation was discovered and corrected. I have a lot of confidence in the service at Nazareth Ford. I personally feel Ralph Nittoli has always given me the best service advice each and every time I have an appointment. More
