first time required oil change experience I had no appointment but parked in the fast lane for service as directed by a young technician named Casey who directed me to the service manager Tim I had no appointment but parked in the fast lane for service as directed by a young technician named Casey who directed me to the service manager Tim where he completed our paperwork in about 10 minutes. Time it took to put a new tire on my car! I was extremely disappointed in ,my last appointment at the dealership. It took almost two hours for them to put a new tire on my car. First I was a I was extremely disappointed in ,my last appointment at the dealership. It took almost two hours for them to put a new tire on my car. First I was asked where the lug lock was by Cyndi Gaston - Sorry but I have no idea about any lug lock or where it might be on my vehicle. If you are a service rep you should know where it is.Apparently after sometime it was found. After an hour and 45 minutes I asked another service rep what the problem was and he returned to tell me that it was almost done. After two hours I was given my keys and I asked where they found it and Cyndi told me that it was in the proper place!! I paid my bill and I returned to my car to find several items that were taken out of the glove compartment (while in search of the lug lock) on the floor of my vehicle. I think that early on I should have been updated on the fact that the lug lock was found and that they were installing my new tire. I am sorry that Ralph wasn't available to take care of my service call that day. He is a genuine asset to Nazareth Ford. Not at all satisfied with they way this service call was handled!! More
