Stuck on price. Drive two hours to look at a vehicle on their lot. As they were a good distance away from me I spoke with Jeff lobalbo prior to coming in to see how flexible they would be with their price? "Oh it's the end of the year and we are looking to liquidate as much as possible so we will be VERY negotiable on the price". So I get there and no Jeff. Okay so I get a different salesperson. Go for a test drive. Car smells like it's been to a college frat party. Two hours later we are still at the original price (no change at all) and I've worked up my trade into hundred dollars. First I'm told they can get the smell out of the car but it will take three hours. Eventually they say they will give me $200 cash to get the smell out myself. Then as I am leaving, and very disgusted with the place, the owners son comes up to assure me that their price is spot on. Thanks buddy. I already got that info from your kid salesman. THEN the kid comes back with how about buying a new explorer for approximately the same price as the used one I was looking at? I said let's take a look. I was happy with the price of the new car and what they offered for my trade in so I was ready to buy. Then he talks to junior and comes back with the new car price bumped up $1700. Enough was enough. What a waste of time. Avoid this dealer like the plague. The only upside was how hard my wife and I laughed when I told her about all the shenanigans at Nazareth Ford. More

service my 2016 f 150 I didn't have an appointment for an oil change, though you didn't need one. Well it took over an hour and I should have got the works ,but I had the I didn't have an appointment for an oil change, though you didn't need one. Well it took over an hour and I should have got the works ,but I had the tires rotated at my second oil change,5000 miles ago but it cost 47 dollars for the oil change.It was my fault I didn't say don't wash my truck they did with that muddy water and a brush, right after my truck he pulled in a work truck full of mud and ran the down the side just like he did with my truck .My wife stopped me from going in the shop and stopping him when he started mine. I did not see him wet the driver side before he brushed it on my truck . More

Excellent Service Experience For years I have had my vehicle serviced at Nazareth Ford. Although, I have always experienced great service from many of the mechanics, the one serv For years I have had my vehicle serviced at Nazareth Ford. Although, I have always experienced great service from many of the mechanics, the one service agent I have always had the utmost trust for is Ralph Nittoli. From day one (which is over 9 years), Ralph has understood that I had a long work commute and my concerns for preventive maintenance. He's never tried to sell me any service unless he felt there was an immediate concern for my commute. I really do believe that and have experienced it. Trust is very important to me, and Ralph has mine. He's friendly, has great interpersonal skills, and I always look forward to when I can deal with him. He's the best!
