My husband took my car in to be serviced and staff was very helpful. He had extensive spine surgery and has trouble walking so one young man brought the car to him. I've brought my car to this dealership a few times now, and have never had a good experience in their service department. I've have a few very nice interactions with a few of the employees, but overall, my and have never had a good experience in their service department. I've have a few very nice interactions with a few of the employees, but overall, my experience has been pretty bad. There are no multi-point inspections done, there's no review of issues, nobody calls back, and what's the point of scheduling (and rescheduling when they don't have the parts) the service appointment in the am, when they don't then have time for someone to work on it until the afternoon and then it doesn't get done in time? I paid for an oil change, but really not even sure if one happened, as the sticker wasn't updated and no liquid levels checked, tire pressure was low and again, no review/receipt of any multipoint inspection. Calinthia was great and easy to work with. But the service manager (Terry I think?) has always been rude and seems frustrated if you ask any questions, and doesn't seem like he likes his job at all. I was also transferred to him when I called for an update, and I never heard back. More
