Calvin Chu is a nusty person and very disrespectful person. Me and my wife walk in to the dealership trying to get my wife a new car. Calvin Chu approached us and already starts his nusty attitude. I never have this type of experience from other dealerships not even a Toyota. Come on, you are literally a Toyota but covered with better quality material. Calvin might think I do not have money to buy or he may be too elegant to serve us. It is your job to introduce the car and explain the features of the car to your customers. It is normal that customers ask questions. I have a feeling that he just want to kick us out from this dealership. I do not recommend this dealer and especially this sale person Calvin Chu.
