Mohammed Barkat stood out and was a welcome reprieve from an exhausting search that had previously left us deeply disappointed by sales tactics lacking transparency and integrity. Mohammed reached out immediately and engaged openly around my requests and concerns for a fair deal. He was informative, respectful, and patient, all before I even set foot in the dealership. In fact, we negotiated the deal entirely over the phone, via email, and text. He provided upfront access to the dealer invoice with all fees clearly delineated, and every single detail remained exactly the same once we met in person to complete the sale. Edgar from the tech department added to this seamless experience by reviewing much of the Lexus technology, allowing me to enjoy my new NX 350 Premium on the way home. It was clear that the team here truly cares about the customer experience. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend Mohammed, Edgar, and the rest of the team! More
This dealership does not have True Lexus customer service! I bought in August a 2025 RX350. I Started experiencing pain across the backs of my thighs, Lower back pain, Numbness in my left calf and service! I bought in August a 2025 RX350. I Started experiencing pain across the backs of my thighs, Lower back pain, Numbness in my left calf and foot. Based on the pattern of pain and numbness, this appears to be seat-related nerve compression rather than general seat comfort preference. I came from a 2018 RX and since then Lexus has redesigned the seat with a shorter seat . Less seat padding and harder bolsters. The symptoms occurred while driving. I came back from a trip from Canada and I was in excruciating pain and had treatment with a orthopedic dr and had a month of PT. I did not drive the RX for 4 months after that because I was away and I progressively felt better till I had no pain. May 4th I brought the RX in for its 5,000 mi check and to further my complaint about the seat. I was told that there was no “defect” in the seat and they would send my complaint to another department. The pain was back with driving the RX. On June 8th after not hearing a thing from New Country Lexus I made an appointment with Rally Lexus Glen Cove where I had bought my previous 4 Lexus( I went to New Country Lexus because it was a new dealership closer to my home.). By the end of the day Anthony Piccirillo encouraged me to drive other models, had a trade in worked out and an upgrade to a different RX model with a different seat. So far so good and no pain! I have no kind words for New Country Lexus. This relationship was bad from the day I took possession of the RX and went forward from there! There has been a total lack of customer service. And communication. The above is the cherry on the cake. More

Jamall even came in on his day off to be with me since he knew this was my first car purchase. The level of customer care did not end when I drove off the lot. One of the worst experiences that we have ever had. We went in for the oil change yesterday and gotten one of the license plate screws in my tire from the center. I took pictures of the bolts and screws on the floor of the driveway that valet guys drive out your car after the service. The service advisor was so kind and plugged in my tire immediately after he saw it. Unfortunately, the center was about to close so I went in today to speak to the manager of the center. The rep was kind and escorted me to the service manager, Mr Joshi. When I walked in, he didnt even bother look at me and stirred his expresso coffee and asked me " whats going on." When I proceeded to show him pictures of his center and my tire, he was very dismissive like nothing mattered as long as he is drinking his own expresso. When I continued to show the evidence that the license bolt/screw was from there, he disrupted me and said " you are not letting me talk, if you want me to raise my voice , I can get really loud." After seeing his dismissive and violent side, I just walked out and waited patiently for an hour till the managing partner, Mr Buchbinder, came to the office. He listened to my concerns and reviewed the pictures. He did offer me a half off the tire. I already reported this incidence to the corporate along with the pictures. I am sure they have videorecording of my car which had no flat service lights, etc. I went in for a simple oil change and I ended up paying for the new tire and wasted 8:30am to 11 am just sitting around for the manager to come in since the service manager, Mr Joshi, was dismissive and violent towards a customer who has real concern. I already sent the Lexus Corporate the pictures of the bolts/screws around the driveway where the valet guys drive out the cars. The Manager, Mr Buchbnder, was kind and the rest of the sales staff, including Mathew. I would double check your car after you do any services here. For the service Manager, Mr Joshi, to say " you gotta let me talk or I can get really loud and raise my voice." This is not a fish market. This is a car service place where people come to fix their car to drive their children and grandparents. I will follow up with the managing partner as well. More
I had a very disappointing service experience at this dealership. I initially brought my Lexus in to diagnose a check engine light, and the service advisor told me it was an O2 sensor issue and assured m dealership. I initially brought my Lexus in to diagnose a check engine light, and the service advisor told me it was an O2 sensor issue and assured me that replacing it would resolve the problem. However, when I picked up my vehicle, the check engine light was still on. I then took my car to another mechanic, who identified misfires in multiple cylinders along with a catalytic converter code—issues that were clearly not addressed. When I returned to the dealership to discuss this, I was told that my bumper damage was somehow related to the check engine light, which made no sense and felt like an excuse rather than a solution. To make matters worse, I have made several attempts to contact the service manager and left multiple messages, but no one has returned my calls. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper diagnosis, accountability, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership for service More

However, the Finance Department at New Country Lexus of Great Neck is absolutely deceptive. This is my second lease here, and history repeated itself. During my previous lease, the finance manager, Michael Abramov, forced me to pay an extra $1,000 for added options and made me wait for 3 hours. I was extremely upset then, but I decided to let it go and not leave a bad review ONLY because my salesman was good. I thought this time would be different, but I was wrong. The current Finance Manager, Dayshon Wade, tried the same manipulative tactics. My salesman clearly stated $4,200 including taxes and the first month’s payment. Yet, Dayshon initially quoted $4,300. When I called him out, he "discounted" the $100 as if doing me a favor. He then pressured me to pay the first month's payment again via credit card, even though it was already included in the $4,200. I eventually had to get a refund from the salesman after the contract was signed. This is a clear attempt at double-charging and fraudulent financial practices. I tried to be a loyal and patient customer, but this dealership continues to trick its clients. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with Lexus Corporate regarding these recurring deceptive practices. If you buy a car here, double-check every penny and STAY AWAY from Dayshon Wade and Michael Abramov. P.S. The GM clearly cherry-picks positive reviews to reply to and ignores real issues. They boast about being a top-rated Lexus dealer, but they must be talking about being the best at being the worst. More
