We had our RX350 in for a problem with the res+ remote starter. From the GM Jared Wilson, to our service writer Nick and the auto technician Billy they all went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what was causing the problem.
When I arrived Nick got all the info and got the car right in to Billy. Billy checked the vehicle out and could not locate the problem so he called lexus. He went thru all the steps that the technical information support system asked him to do and at the end they told him that he would have to contact Japan for more info. He put a call into the engineering staff in Japan. He got in contact with an engineer and after explaining the prpblem he was advised to change the remote starter ECU.
The ECU was ordered. I brought the car back a couple days later and again Nick got the vehicle right in to Billy and within an hour the part was replaced and the problem was fixed and the remote starter was working properly and has continued to work fine.
Because of the way the whole staff from the management, sales and service take care of business that is why we continue to buy cars there and would recommend the dealer to anyone.
