I have had an extremely horrible experience with this company. Please stay away if you can in any way possible. I have been dealing with Ed the salesman for my sons car purchase as we live in Texas. I ha company. Please stay away if you can in any way possible. I have been dealing with Ed the salesman for my sons car purchase as we live in Texas. I had to co-sign for my son to be able to purchase this car to begin with. He suffered a severe mental breakdown the day he signed the contract and was committed to a mental hospital and deemed incapable of making decisions for himself. I immediately reached out to Ed to inform him of what happened and he told me he understood and felt bad for us and would stop the purchase and shipment of the vehicle to Texas. He later texted my son who was under drug influence in the hospital and of course as he is a young 19 year old who was excited about a new car purchase told him he still would like the car. Ed went back on his word to me and proceeded with the vehicle transfer against my request. My son later texted him and asked him to please cancel the transfer as he was going to be court ordered to a mental facility and he could not keep the car but Ed refused to cancel and said there was nothing that could be done even with his request to do so 4 hours later. The salesman called me at 9pm and you could tell he was intoxicated as he was slurring his words and stated we were stuck with car. I have attempted to call the car lot for several days before they transported the vehicle to Texas to try to speak to the owner of the car lot and Ed has refused to let me speak to him or have him call me back. All I wanted was to see if there was anything he could do to help me even if I had to pay a fee for attempting to cancel the sale before the vehicle shipped. I feel that as a customer the least he could do is allow me to speak to the owner or the manager so they know exactly what this salesman has done and the horrible customer service he has provided. Now Ed just called to tell me a $30000 vehicle is being delivered to Texas and he is refusing to have his transport company communicate with me to receive the car or get the keys when I am the co-signer for this vehicle and my son is in a hospital without phone access. He is just going to allow my sons friend to receive the car and not me. Yet I am financially responsible for this car that I have only seen in pictures. Please if you are out of state and looking to buy a car from them think twice because nobody should have to go through this. I have proof of the text message that my son sent to Ed on Saturday night before transport had been arranged telling him that he would have to go back on the vehicle and to please cancel it if possible as he had been court ordered to a mandatory in stay in our mental hospital. Ed just replied that unfortunately that was not an option with his previous comments of him wanting the car. He said he was sorry for the inconvenience and that the shipment would still be arranged on Monday. Our credit union advised they could release the lean on the title immediately and reassign it back to the dealership if they would just return the wire transfer but Ed refused to allow that to happen. If you are shopping out of state please think twice about your purchase and dealing with Ed because nobody should have to go through such a horrible experience and hassle when trying to buy a car. I have been added to the title paperwork by my bank on 8/13/25 and Ed is refusing to allow the transport company to contact me or deliver the vehicle to me in Texas even though the company has been paid for the vehicle by my bank and my son is court ordered to stay in a mental hospital for medically necessary reasons. Until this day according to him the owner of New Look Enterprises James Timmerman is refusing to take my calls to discuss my issues with Ed and the car buying process or return my calls. In previous responses to my review post the manager Ed tries to claim my son who purchased this vehicle is not my son, which is false. Who would buy a $30k car for no reason. More

Upon further inspection, truck was leaking oil, moon roof was busted, rear defroster didn’t work, driver heated seat didn’t work, and was also wrecked on the passenger side. I dealt with jimmy for about 7 months back and forth as he assured me he would resolve the issue and never did!!! Finally I traded the lemon in on another truck. These guys are really shady and get a lot of their inventory from Canada.🤔🤔🤔. Please take my advice and steer clear!!!! More
