I purchased my new 2017 traverse from this dealership with an extended warranty. The warranty is as worthless as the paper it’s printed on. We were not given any guidelines with the warranty, but have ha with an extended warranty. The warranty is as worthless as the paper it’s printed on. We were not given any guidelines with the warranty, but have had it serviced regularly at our own dealership 4 hours away. The claims office stalled for three days with our service manager before saying he needed 4 more receipts. One being for a service my dealership said was not necessary at the time. The other three instances were taken care of by my husband. The receipts are no longer legible, so apparently our claim has been denied. I reached out to the dealership by phone & texts, sending everything from our dealership to them (Joe). Now my texts are being ignored. We’ve learned the ‘extended warranty’ is just a sales tactic with no real intention of honoring it. Whose guidelines are we to go by if no guidelines were even given to us in the first place? We intend to file with the better business bureau. Sad business practice. More

One of the employees here Issac Newburry just shot up a vehicle in a road rage incident last weekend and the vehicle had children in it! I will never do business with this dealer again who employs convicte vehicle in a road rage incident last weekend and the vehicle had children in it! I will never do business with this dealer again who employs convicted felons who are carrying guns shooting up vehicles with children in it! Not to mention he drove to this dealership and ditched his vehicle after it happen! Do you guys even do background checks? More
