Updated review. I wanted to update my review of Newton Nissan South. I initially had posted that I felt that I was scammed by this dealership after having a oil chang I wanted to update my review of Newton Nissan South. I initially had posted that I felt that I was scammed by this dealership after having a oil change and tire rotation. After being contacted by the GM, I feel like that wasn’t the case. Mr. Castro genuinely cares for his customers. They are still in the process of helping me with my problems and I would have no problem continuing my business there and I will be purchasing my next vehicle for them. I’m still not fond of Russell, the service manager. He was very rude to me over the phone. But despite all that, I will be a return customer. Thank you for all your hard work and for your passion to care for your customers, Mr Castro. More

My salesman, Keith was great. Very good salesman, not pushy and explained all the new features. It was a good day, and I got the 2018 Kicks. HONEST, FRIENDLY AND FUN SALES ASSOICATE!! I came to this dealership with my daughter in law to buy her first new car!! at the end of her dealings , I was looking at the Rogue on the sale floor I came to this dealership with my daughter in law to buy her first new car!! at the end of her dealings , I was looking at the Rogue on the sale floor. I was told they could make me a KNOCK YOUR PANTS OFF DEAL" ON IT!! I WAS NOT LOOKING TO BUY A CAR! But after talking to Keith, and working out the kinks I ended up with a great deal. Keith is very good at talking TO people not at them. He is really a nice person, no pressure at all! I will tell anyone wanting a new car to talk to Keith! Nate, BEST SALES FLOOR MANAGER EVER, was able to get me that "knock your pants off " deal and I drove home in the nicest vehicle I have ever owned!! Nate has a great personality! he is so up beat, direct, over the top excited!! He made me laugh with his facial expressions and comments, I loved it!
