Not Good First Experience I am a first time buyer and so I decided to go to Newton Nissan for my first car purchase because my mother has purchased from them. My sales rep, Bro I am a first time buyer and so I decided to go to Newton Nissan for my first car purchase because my mother has purchased from them. My sales rep, Brooks, was nice as worked with me a lot but as far as service.. I am very disappointed because for one, the car I purchased was not available to leave the lot with me, and I had to become upset because they didn't have it ready before I needed to go to work after telling my mother that it would be ready.. then they told it wouldn't be ready till mid-day meaning that I would have to leave work missing out on some time to get my car which was very upsetting but I wanted my car so I missed out on pay. I was told that I would be getting new tires and they would fix the wheel in the front passenger side but after having the car almost a week I feel that they didn't keep their end of the deal because the tires look worn and not new or at least they could have shined them up to look like they were new. The wheel on passenger side kind of still feels like it did when I test drove it, which is really not satisfactory . I felt that since i did purchase this car, they should have thought of me and put the effort in as far as making sure everything was fixed like the promised to and the tires were "new" and that customer service came first.. So because of that, I will not purchase from them again based off of this experience. More
