I purchased a new Lincoln at Nick Mayer in WestLake and I've had an overall decent experience, This last few time at this particular dealership for service has been absolutely terrible. I tried reaching out to the Service manager and he was lame so I decided to call the people running the company like the President Dean of Nick Mayer .very unprofessional how his assistant Courtney just brushed off my complaint without even a call back from Sept 11 till just today Sept 23rd from apparently the General manager of WestLake who also was lame too .I spent a bunch of money repairing my Lincoln and you would think that after many years as a loyal customer i would have been treated better . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO MORALS! !!! I was helping my elderly parents purchase a specific vehicle from this dealership. So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to to come a !!! I was helping my elderly parents purchase a specific vehicle from this dealership. So we made an appointment (like we're supposed) to to come and purchase the vehicle. I even offered to leave a deposit to hold the vehicle and they said they don't do that anymore. My parents haven't purchased a new vehicle in over 22 years so this is a BIG deal to us! We both drove over an hour away to meet at the dealership for our appointment. I even confirmed that the vehicle was there and available before we left! The answer was yes we even pulled it out front for you. My mom was so excited! We get to the dealership on time for our appointment only to be told to wait in the lobby. We waited for OVER and HOUR with no answers. Only to finally be told that the vehicle was sold out from under us. SHAME ON YOU! No remorse from the employees or GM other than "sorry, we messed up"... What else would they do to sell cars? I will never think about doing business with this dealer. More

Never recommend this place ever. Dustin scammed me. Once they get there money they vanish. 2nd change bankruptcy loan which by the 25 flyers they sent me stated they are "educated Dustin scammed me. A used car $600 a month for 72 months @ 20 Percent Interest you do the math. I am more in debt on paper now than I was when I filled bankruptcy. It is Criminal in my book. Dustin never went over the paperwork with me just sign here and initial here. Detailed my car poorly and left my floor mats at dealership weeks ago. Guess I should go out and BUY some and Dustin worked really hard on this loan told me many times. Took advantage of me as I needed a vehicle. Crooks I have bought 5 cars in my life NEVER been taken like this. BEWARE More

i would never recommend anyone else. got a Cls550 from i would never recommend anyone else. got a Cls550 from Nick Mayer lincoln in january of 2021 car does not run motor has to be replaced the warrant i would never recommend anyone else. got a Cls550 from Nick Mayer lincoln in january of 2021 car does not run motor has to be replaced the warranty provided is a scam the policy was $3000 and the warranty company is only paying $3000 total for parts and labor i reached out to Keith Hall and finance lady . was no help , told me that i should give the car back as a shell to the loan company and have the negative equity added to another vehicle . just trying to help out the little people got a car from Nick Mayer Lincoln 2012 MB CLS550 January 2021 carfax shows i took vehicle to BENZ DEALERSHIP for oil change they diagnosed an oil leak from back of motor i took the vehicle to MAG MOTORS LLC mercedes specialist fixed oil separator cap and cam plugs noticed oil leaking from front they replaced belts and gaskets at MAG MOTORS OIL was leaking on side and filling inside of spark plugs becuase it was an internal crack MAG MOTORS recommended replacing motor i took it to another location MASTERSWORKS Automotive they did a tear down of engine to the point of failure and the timing chain destroyed engine. needs new engine warranty company provided by nick mayer lincoln was $3000 warranty company is only paying $3000 total for parts and labor called GM of nick mayer (Keith Hall) advised me to trade in car and get negative equity towards another loan on another vehicle this all occurred on a 120 day time period More

Worst car buying experience in my life.I made the mistake of trusting the salesman on final purchase price.I left to get title on my trade and came back to finish the deal.Realized later that purchase price of trusting the salesman on final purchase price.I left to get title on my trade and came back to finish the deal.Realized later that purchase price was inflated,went back to ask questions and was told by sales manager "you signed papers".Was hoping to have explanation why figures were different and all I got was "You signed the paper".CPO car had sticking rear brake mechanisms.Made 2 appointments I for suspension noise and 1 for break issue.After 1 appointment.I told service writer it was unacceptable to make appointment.and they did not even work on car that day.Made this known to service writer.Scheduled 2nd appointment for 9:40 am so I could get my car back the same day and guess what did not get back until the next day. In my opinion this dealer is not up to Lincoln reputation. If you deal with them get a copy of every piece of paper that is part of purchase before you take a chance on them. I would never recommend N.M. Lincoln to anyone. More
