Routine oil change with an appointment made 3 weeks in advance took more than 2 hours. They are obviously overbooking. Nick Nicholas is a great dealership to work with, whether it is purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced. Made our appointment a week or so out from service appointment. Jasmine took our information and we went to the waiting area. An hour later our oil change and recall checks were completed. We were very pleased with the turnaround time as our previous dealer took 2.5-3 hrs to complete an oil change. Jasmine was great to work with, plus we ran into Ana Cruz (our sales lady). It was great to see her and let her know how much we enjoy our 2025 Explorer. More
