The sevice dept would not warranty a broken strut repair on my 2006 Altima with 17000mi. The part broke suddenly while pulling out of my driveway. The service dept is accussing me of hitting something and will not warrant the repair. This dealership has a LYING and scamming business practice. I brought the car to 4 other repair shops for there opinion on this matter. Each one of them said it should be warrantied and the Nissan Dealer is scamming you and should definitely warrant the repair. I resent being accused of causing this to happen and Nissan City of Port Chester NY should respect there customers and honor there waranties.
