I updated lablondi throughout the day with her not responding. I paid the driver at 8pm. as I was supposed to do. I invoiced lablondi, they paid me$300 less than I had paid the driver and told me they weren't paying me anymore. The office then ganged up in me and made me leave the building. The owner Andre Smith, was involved also. I'm shocked! This is basically robbery! More
I'm sorry to say that this service center is just a short walk from my house, but I won't be using their services again. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. When our car's transmission broke down, we decided to take it to the nearby Nissan dealership instead of calling a tow truck to have it taken to another dealership. Big mistake! However, the receptionist at the dealership couldn't connect us with anyone who could provide information about our car. It took days for them to give us any updates. If you need your car serviced, I highly recommend going elsewhere. The lack of empathy and responsiveness from the staff is disappointing. When my husband went there, the employees were just standing around talking and not showing consideration for customers who might have urgent needs. It's truly disheartening to see this lack of care for people's situations. More

Walking into this place is like walking into a den of vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He did not honor the price of a new vehicle in spite of consumer protection laws against deceptive advertising. He claimed he knows the law but that's laughable especially since he tried to charge me a doc fee when the dealers website says that the doc fee was included in the sales price. He doesn't even know what is on their own website, so you expect me to believe you know consumer laws? I'm still shaking my head at this guy lol. Very unprofessional for a sales manager. Not only did they lose out on a new car sale but lost out on a future customer as well. I would stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Based on their reviews I should have as well. More

THEY LIED AND CHEATED AND BEAT ME OUT OF OVER $23,000. I wanted another Altima with leather seats, tinted windows and a sunroof, but newer than the one that I had purchased previously 4 years ago. I walked into Nissan of Union City. A sales lady Sharon approached me, and I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a 2020 Altima that did not have those things that I had told her I wanted. She then asked me to test drive it and I refused. Then she said that she would put a sunroof in it. I asked her will she put it in writing she said yes. Then we looked at the tint and it was bubbled. She said she will put that in writing. She said YES. She took me into the building to a desk on the other side of the sales floor and did the paperwork with the sunroof and tinted windows. Then she told me that they will call me when the sunroof arrives and they will schedule the window tinting because he was off site. I have made many attempts to contact the store manager and even made several visits when finally, a manager came out and i showed him my contract. He looked at it and said to me "who signed this contract" Then he looked me straight in the eye and said, "this is not going to happen." And then asked me if there is anything else he can do for me. It has been almost two years, and I hate my Altima because I still don't have my sunroof and tinted windows like I was promised before I purchased and not mentioning a missing back floor mat. AND A NEW TRANSMISSION AND A CATILAC CONVERTER, WHICH I HAD TO CRY AND BEG TO GET A DISCOUNT THAT MY 100,000 MILE WARRANTY WOULD NOT COVER. SO THE SERVICE REPAIR CENTER DID IT TOO $2,400 I paid and got my car back and now it is falling apart. I have lost both sides of tire gaurds as I drive on the highway and it has only been two days. I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nissan in Union City. I had purchased a vehicle from them in February of this year, took it back to them a week later to replace a headlight that had conden in Union City. I had purchased a vehicle from them in February of this year, took it back to them a week later to replace a headlight that had condensation after it had rained. Got the vehicle back with the front bumper dropped, missing the top clips that hold it up. They said they will order a new bumper and will call me when it comes in to schedule the install. Every two weeks or so I would call or drop by to follow up on it and would consistently be told the bumper was on back order. It is now November, NINE MONTHS LATER, NOTHING. I'm so done with them. I will be getting the bumper done elsewhere and will NEVER in my lifetime, recommend anyone to this farce of a company. Bad business. 👎🏾 More

My car only have 58k miles yet the transmission died while driving home from work. Then came back on. My car has been serviced on time by them since I bought my car. I dropped it in August 29, 2022and yet I don't have my car to this day.I have read on many sites and places they give loaners. I asked my advisor about one. He told me they don't, but can get a rental for about $45 a day. I have been renting cars to get to work to the tune of $1100. I don't have money like that, so been killing my savings because I have to get to work. I am stressed and now fallen into depression behind it. I have sent emails to nissan USA, Nissan, customer service, bbb and all. I have told everyone to not get a Nissan or because of the transmission issues. I will say my advisor is friendly and calls back. But the manager haven't ever. I am at the end of my rope in many ways. They not caring. I was too get my car detailed and never got a call back. I paid for it and it was never corrected. I don't feel like the valued customer when I went from a 12 altima to a 14 altima to a 2016 Maxima. Yet I can't get help with an issue with nissan. I was looking to buy a new car but it be from there no time in the future. I am stressed and feel myself being deeper depressed and worried. My pressure is high because of nissan negligent parts. My life 😔 Again how can a car with consistent maintenance do this and I feel alone in the battle. My advisor again is great with reaching out but the service overall of getting more calls and better outcomes are my concerns. My paid off car didn't have these problems till it became that way. I will stay far away from buying one or leasing another. Why me 🤦🏾♂️? Again my advisor is the greatest it's the other things dealing with the car and service overall, not of my advisor. Never again will I buy another Nissan car especially cause of the transmission/CVT. (9/29 UPDATE I just got my car back FINALLY.) More
