Out of my 10+ previous car buying experiences, salesman Digby Kerr was absolutely the best! He is fair, honest, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. He repeatedly answered his phone even after the deal was done, whenever I had questions about the car. I would full heartedly recommend him, so ask for him by name - Digby! Management was also top notch as well. Finance managers Shaun and Bob were awesome. Service manager Deana was super nice and accommodating. A couple of days after I purchased my vehicle it came down with a mechanical issue, for which I brought it to the service department. Instead of making me keep the vehicle, GM Gregg, without hesitation made it right and put me in a brand new equivalent vehicle. How many dealers would do that? Again, if you’re looking for a quality vehicle, stop by Fuccillo Nissan and ask for Digby. You will not be disappointed! More

I was told an hour to an hour and a hal I made an appt for my first oil change and service for 11am. I arrived early and asked how long it would take. I was told an hour to an hour and a half at most. I did not pull out of the parking until 1:45. If I had known it was going to take that long with a scheduled appt I would have gone somewhere else. They were also unable to text me the video of the point inspection done because of my cell phone carrier (t-mobile). Not a great experience and wasted most of my morning waiting. More

The financial department DID try to pressure me to buy several times what I did not want nor what I felt I needed. Several times! Great sales staff Rich and John and Jen from internet! After walking out being frustrated, I received a phone call to come back and they would honor original agreement. At this point in time, I felt to just upset me more, they added exactly .01 more to the payment to be sarcastic and win their game playing. Sold me a used car that had a lien on it and couldn’t transfer tags right away. Front end damage that was promised a paint pen. Had to go in 2 different times to make sure they ordered it and was received. Was also told they couldn’t ship me the paint pen, but funny how did they receive it? Purchased the car when the weather was bad and didn’t see a small crack in the windshield. Who would sell a car with a cracked windshield?? After much pleading, they fixed it. Car was supposedly “detailed” but a dog collar, an old magazine, 4 cheese wrappers, Taco Bell hot sauce, and a children's hair bow was found through out the car. Also, an explicit CD was found in the CD player. Honestly, I can’t make this stuff up!! If you need me to better explain, please give me a call. I will NOT be purchasing my 3rd Nissan at Fuccillo in March 2020. Sales person not on your list to check off More

Bought a great Altima at a great price Spent soooo much time with Justin and Nadia via texts and emails negotiating the price for my new Altima. And never once did they show frustration. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted (did some prior car shopping on their website before) and Corey Johnson, a salesman there, made it happen! He was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. He made it easy to drive home in my new car that I am still so excited to have purchased! Huge thank you to Corey for helping me find my first car and thank you to Bob in finance for getting me through the paperwork portion in a breeze! The whole team at Fuccillo Nissan in Clearwater were so friendly and welcoming, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!! More

Went in with a list of vehicles in my price range from their website. Sam showed me a Mazda that I really liked, but was not in my price range. Spent 4 hours there as they tried to work out financing in my budget but couldn’t make it work for the Mazda. So, the manager Tom found me a Kia Soul in my budget and let me take it home to try out overnight. (nice way to get me back in the next day!😆) The next day, I let them know that my situation changed, and I could pay cash in full right then. We did try haggling them down a thousand, but no luck. So when we said we could pay the $10,500 price, suddenly Rick the finance guy said the cost was $2000 more and there was no more he could do. We left, disappointed, but then got a follow up call. Nadia was surprised that a manager had not been called and actually was able to get us a deal. She spoke to the manager and confirmed that they could honor the web price of $10,500 for cash. The next day I called to give the payment info over the phone, but then again, the pressure was put on to finance. I put $2500 down over the phone and planned to stop by after work to pay the balance and sign the paperwork. When we got there, Robert worked with us quickly and illustrated how we could finance but pay it off in full after 90 days (an option not presented before). So, I ended up financing it, and I am annoyed that even though the actual paper signing and contracts went smoothly, I know that all this was pressed upon me so that the dealership would get a kickback from the bank. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. Too bad, because my husband would have also bought from them in the near future... I miss the days when car dealerships actually gave you a deal when you paid cash in full. Also, the car was presented to me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas, when I was told it would be filled. More
