On Saturday, April 19th, I had attempted to put my convertible top down on my 2011 Murano Crosscabriolet. As it was going down, it caught and bent the frame of the convertible top. I was able to dr convertible top down on my 2011 Murano Crosscabriolet. As it was going down, it caught and bent the frame of the convertible top. I was able to driver to Nissan of Cumming where they determined the top was bent and would need to be replaced to the tune of $18,000. I rented a car from them and returned on Monday to figure out what my options were. They had offered my $2000 trade in for a car on their lot only and ended up with a 2022 Infinity which I paid extra for as it was PRECERTIFIED! At least twice I had stood up to say I needed to take that night to think about it but each time, they would bring in another person and change the deal. The first day of ownership of the Infinity, the battery was dead and I had to get jumped to get to Nissan. At that point I didn't have any confidence in the car as it had been a Precertified car. I went back a few days later to tell them I was unhappy with the car and see if they would be willing to work with me to get into another car, I was met with a very condescending attitudes and left. I decided to trade the car somewhere else and when I went to two other dealerships both told me the car had a transmission issue. Took it to Nissan of Cumming, they tested it for 2 hours and came back saying the transmission was "fine!" I then contacted Nissan of Cumming to give me the info needed to contact the two companies that I had signed contracts with (maintainence and service contracts as I needed to get $4000 returned on those contracts as I had then purchased another car). I left several messages and the calls were never returned. A week later I called and spoke with Corey who is the person I signed off on for sale of the Infinity, and he said he would send me form to start the process, I never heard a thing from him. On the next Monday, I called only to find out that he had gone on a weeks vacation. I would never go back to Nissan of Cumming and as a 77 year old woman, feel they took extreme advantage of a situation. More
