One of the worst car service experiences I have ever had. I brought my Rogue in for a 70,000 mile service and was told it would take an hour for an oil change. Three hours later when I got the employees at I brought my Rogue in for a 70,000 mile service and was told it would take an hour for an oil change. Three hours later when I got the employees at the service desk to step away from their pizza party they said my car was done and gave me a little off for the long wait. As I was leaving I see they did a 50,00 mile oil change, didn't even wash it like they promise and then proceeded to text me a list of services they recommend and say I declined. Now I'm looking for a new mechanic to see if they even did any work or if they did if they did any damage. More
Save yourself and do not come here. First of all, the mechanics may be certified here but clearly that does not mean they can correctly repair your vehicle and pleaase note that they will send you home here in unsafe and not correctly inspected vehicles and will take your thousands of dollars. If you would like to have $3400 worth of work done, only to drive home, turn around and bring it back because they screwed up your rotors that they replaced.... what a joke and waste of my life here. Clearly these are not qualified professionals or mature seasoned mechanics. All the technicians looked like they were 15 years old and the service department manager clearly has no clue or concept of what is happening in his own department. What a sorry excuse for management with no customer satisfaction guaranteed. Expect to only be dissatisfied, upset off and robbed here as a customer. No thanks, never again. Customers BEWARE. More

I told them when I dropped it off all the gear boxes had just been done and the oil changed. I was told that they would deduct that from my $900 quote. They changed the oil and charged me for it any way. when I came to pick it up I was told that the tune up did not solve the problem I needed to have a new mass air flow sensor installed the cost would be $900. $600 for the part and $300 for labor. I question the cost of the part and was told that the sensor could not be separated from the complete part. I declined this service. With a little research on the Internet I found a Mass air flow sensor for $40 and its held on by 2 small screws and takes 5 min to install. I bought a can of Mass air flow sensor cleaner for $8.95 and that fixed the problem completely, The service Manager has just called me to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked what he could do to make it right. And He explained to me that Nissan does not allow them to sell the mass air flow sensor separately. He thinks that Nissan should allow this process. And he has credited me for the oil change in the crank case and the transmission. I now feel that the service was Good. I like to take my vehicles to the dealer for service, I feel they now more about the vehicle and what it needs. It always costs more at a dealer but you get what you pay for. More

I told them i was just looking and they said no problem and walked away. When i did have a question about something he wasnt very far away and answered my question. If he didnt know an answer, he went and asked and didnt try to make something up. I bought the car the next day. I have owned this car since Nov. 2012. Since buying this car i have brought it to be serviced for oil changes and normal routine things and I cannot say enough about the service department. Jim Matson the service manager is AMAZING! He fits me in the schedule and gets the job done in a timely manner so i am not sitting there all day long. I also have another car which is an H2 and i bring it to Nissan to be serviced because the service is good and done right. I appreciate the smiles when you drive up and the good coffee in the waiting room too. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone for buying a car to servicing a car. More
Extremely disappointed in Magic Nissan of Everett’s service. Bought a car there a month ago. According to the mileage, a CarFax was run saying they had performed an alignment right before I purchased i service. Bought a car there a month ago. According to the mileage, a CarFax was run saying they had performed an alignment right before I purchased it. While driving it home on the freeway back to West Seattle, I felt it veering to the left. Because I live in the city, take the bus, walk, and RARELY drive, I took it in yesterday to University Mazda where they said my right control arm was broken and needed to be replaced. Apparently, it looked like it had been in a serious accident at some point, and probably had not been reported to insurance (explaining the lack of it on the CarFax) and an alignment could not be performed. I know I haven’t been in a serious accident in the 5 times I’ve driven it, so it must have happened before I purchased it. And if it happened before I purchased it, how was an alignment performed at Magic Nissan when they couldn’t at University Mazda?? I called Magic Nissan, and spoke with Damon Tanaka, who never denied anything, but just kept saying: “Well why did you wait a month?” (Actually first, I called him, he said he’d call me back… never did, I called him back twice, and then I spoke with him and he said that). I commute on the bus and use a car for the grocery store. I probably drive in a month, what a normal person would drive in a week. Plus, I live all the way in W. Seattle! Essentially, it’s a service issue. They did a poor job the first time, and were unwilling to rectify the situation. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. More
I liked the friendly atmoshere as soon as I drove into the service bay. I really like the starbucks coffee machine in the waiting room. I do wish there were more coupons available for the oil change. M the service bay. I really like the starbucks coffee machine in the waiting room. I do wish there were more coupons available for the oil change. Maybe I need to access the dealers web page more often for the specials. My tires were purchased through Les Schwab so my tire rotation is free and I feel I am being charged for something that I could get done for free. Would it be possible to have the option to just charge for an oil change for those who might not be interested in the car wash and tire rotation? There are several "deals" out in our community for an oil change. Just a suggestion. I am very happy with the service at Magic but an oil change without any coupon or promotion is close to $60.00 with tax. That is alot of money if all I need or want is an oil change. But overall Magic and Laura rocks!! More
