I was shown 2 cars to test drive - both models that I could then buy (I hate being forced to drive the loaner). The sales team matched the price I was looking to achieve, and then the sales process was s could then buy (I hate being forced to drive the loaner). The service man came to me and said rear brakes would cost 279.00 and would add 20 minutes to my 3 hour appointment. My appointment lasted 4 hours and 30 minutes. He would not even come tell me that he f cost 279.00 and would add 20 minutes to my 3 hour appointment. My appointment lasted 4 hours and 30 minutes. He would not even come tell me that he forgot about the 400.00 dollars labor. Kyle should have been man enough to come tell me himself that he told me the wrong price by 400.00 dollars More
