Predatory crooks. These people should be ashamed of themselves. My father went in for an oil change, he came out with a 6,000 bill for rack and pinion, tie rods, compu These people should be ashamed of themselves. My father went in for an oil change, he came out with a 6,000 bill for rack and pinion, tie rods, computer module ect. They charge for parts upfront, I've never seen this practice in my many years , then while they are telling him all the bad news about his car they are trying to sell him and extended warranty. The car drives fine it has had no symptoms at all to warrant any of this work being done , and it only has 50,000 miles on it. When I called to cancel the work for him I was told there would be a %20 restocking fee. The parts dept tried to tell me they couldn't return the 1600 module because it was electronic. These people are dishonest and I'm not sure how they sleep at night. He will be taking his car elsewhere from now where he's not at risk of being robbed. Taking advantage of the elderly is criminal and if you care for your family keep them far away from Nissan in Lebanon. More
