Was never able to get phone call returned from representative and supervisor re status of car . Had to appear in person to get follow up on car . Asked to speak with repair manager who never came out to speak with me. When there I felt I was in an assembly line .ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Did not appreciate phone calls asking if I was in waiting area related they were interested in making offer for my car . Too much going on for someone to call re my location and not identifying themselves until I questioned them. Thank you for listening and hopefully things will get better.
