The sale lady said after 3 days it would go away but had not it’s been month still smell bad. Is there anyway that I can take the car in to have a professional person that clean car odor. And Nissan pays for it. Thank you, Nancy Day More

I do not usually write reviews, but this one right here is well deserved. I purchased my first car from Smith Automotive at Nissan of Marietta, and let me tell you this was hands down the best experience I is well deserved. I purchased my first car from Smith Automotive at Nissan of Marietta, and let me tell you this was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any dealership. I currently own four cars, and I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships before. None of them even come close to the level of professionalism and genuine customer care I experienced here. The team that helped me was unreal. David, Bryan, Meri, Isaiah and Stephen all stepped in to help me. I am not even sure half of them were working in sales because it felt like the whole team came together for me. Not one person tried to hustle me or pressure me into something I did not want. They respected my research, my budget and my goals. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and instead of trying to push me into a more expensive car like most dealerships do, they told me they would take care of me and they kept their word. They got me the exact car I came for, the monthly payment I needed, and they worked with me to include a warranty that actually makes sense. To anyone who has ever dreaded walking into a dealership, I understand you, but this place is different. This is the one dealership I would recommend to anyone whether you have bad credit, good credit or no credit history at all. If you are a first time car buyer or a young adult trying to make smart decisions, do not overlook this place. The used car selection is solid for the size of the lot. They focus on quality over quantity and they even washed and detailed my car before I drove off, even though it was not brand new. The small details made the difference. Every time I walked in they offered me hot chocolate, coffee, granola bars, trail mix and a comfortable place to sit. Nobody rushed me. Nobody pushed me. They truly cared that I was happy with my decision. You do not buy a car just for the experience in the building, but the way this team treats you matters, especially when you have never had a good car buying experience before. These people work with you no matter what. I honestly believe this team should be training other dealerships on how to treat customers with honesty and respect. If you are reading this and wondering if you should give them a chance, do it. You will thank yourself later. More

My girlfriend was distraught and thought we would be stuck with the purchase. We initially contacted Nissan of Marietta with intentions of getting a charge for the lemon we were sold but never imagined we would be ending our day with a 2025 Sentra. It was an amazing and smooth process from start to finish, our sales associate Diondre Kirkwood was awesome and stayed with us from start to finish working his magic and turning our day right side up again. We were processed out by Sales Manager Erik Gonalez who then worked more magic over our already magnificent experience by getting us a lower monthly payment and more perks. I am so glad we were lead there and the work they do here is nothing less than divine. Oh and they have this crazy cool water machine that does water sorcery! More

They call you every 30 minutes when they are trying to make a sale, but act like you don’t exist once they have. They have charged me a ridiculous amount of money to add steps on my truck, and now I can’t make a sale, but act like you don’t exist once they have. They have charged me a ridiculous amount of money to add steps on my truck, and now I can’t get anyone there to tell when they’re going to install them, or give me my money back, so that I can get it done somewhere else. I am beginning to think that I may need to get the law involved at this point. Customer service after the sale is awful, to say the least. Should have gone to Town Center. More

Last December I dropped my car off for the 100,000 mile service and paid almost $4,000 to have everything they recommended done, including a tire rotation. After picking up my car and getting home, I noticed the tires hadn't been rotated. I decided that I would raise the issue and have them do it next time I needed service. Fast forward to earlier this month when leaves had gotten into my cabin air blower and were stuck in the fan. I dropped the car off to have the leaves removed, the tires rotated, and an oil change done. When I picked the car up and got home and noticed that the tires had yet again not been rotated. Additionally, after a day or so went by I started hearing the leaves making noise in the blower. Because I needed my truck to get to and from work, I left the maintenance manager know what was going on and that I would bring the truck back later. One week ago today I dropped off the truck yet again to have the tires rotated and the leaves removed. My wife dropped me off this afternoon to pick the car up and headed home. Surely they would get it right on the third try. When they pulled the truck around, the first thing I checked was the tires. Yet again, not rotated. I turned the car off to go inside and speak with someone. While waiting, I decided to turn the truck back on so I could see if I heard the leaves. The battery was dead. A couple of folks came out and jump started the truck while the maintenance manager informed me that they could prorate the replacement of the battery that had been replaced at their location 3 years or less ago and was working just fine before I dropped it off. So, now for a fourth time, I am leaving my truck at Nissan Marietta (Cobb Pkwy) to have the tires rotated and now a battery test conducted. I had to pay to get myself back home and now have no way to get to work on Monday because of course, they will still have my car. I also want to mention that on my last visit, the cabin air filters were changed. During the most recent visit they charged me $42 to change the cabin air filters that had been changed a week prior. The visit cost me $178 and left me with a Lyft bill to get home, no truck, and work still needing to be done. This why people don't trust dealerships and would rather do business with small maintenance shops. No attention to detail and no real concern about the customer's time and money being wasted. I am excited to get my truck back so I can find another place to get it serviced moving forward. While the customer should feel good knowing they are getting their car serviced at the dealership, this is not the place to get work done. More
