On service: I would give this service a "-10" if I could. My review is based on my very recent experience. I would not normally take the time to write letters like this but what I experienced wa could. My review is based on my very recent experience. I would not normally take the time to write letters like this but what I experienced was an apocalyptic failure of service and I would not want others to experience the gas lighting I did. I dropped my car at the shop on December 12th, and it had been in and out of the shop for the entirety of the holidays nearly 3 weeks. I agreed to the $200 charge for a digital diagnosis but then they tried to fleece me halfway through the diagnosis for an additional $400 because their tech took several days and they tried to recoup his time from my wallet to which I refused, $600 just to diagnose the issue "ridiculous". The first attempt at repair was in the hands of a mechanic that had little to know experience with my car type which was a Nissan QX70. Why do I share this its because they had to call in another mechanic who also did not diagnose the problem correctly. The car failed the day after they claimed it was repaired so I had to bring it back. They supposedly replaced a transmission control module which 2 other mechanics I spoke to from two different garages claimed was likely not the issue and so it appears I paid in redundancy which they cannot prove was necessary. As a consequence I was charged $2700 for a part which I can prove was less expensive had they not single sourced it. The two outside mechanics I spoke to sourced an OEM part at $1000, and $1500. In addition I checked the ITA international trade administration using the FTA tool and discovered there was also a $700 tariff on that part which also could have been avoided had they not single sourced the part. In essence they serviced their bottom line and not mine. At $200 an hour labor rates I would have expected a premium service but what I received was incompetence and substandard grossly inadequate expertise. Per Florida law Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act, found in Chapter 559, Part IX of the Florida Statute requires the replaced parts be turned over to the owner upon payment of services. I requested the original part but was not provided with it. At 62 and owning vehicles for 45 years I can literally and factually claim this is the single worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. We woke up at 3 AM and drove more than five hours with a check in hand, only to arrive and find that the vehicle wasn’t even prepared for us to see. What had been described as being in “excellent condition” was anything but. The chrome had been wrapped in black vinyl that was peeling and shrinking, and there were multiple scratches—none of which had ever been disclosed. Instead of taking responsibility for the misleading information, Robert simply reminded us that their vehicles are sold “as is,” offering only excuses and shifting the blame onto us. We had been reassured that they were a customer-focused, friendly dealership that would treat us right, but we ended up feeling completely misled. On a positive note, Raleigh, their Finance Manager, was genuinely kind and did his best to assist us; unfortunately, the situation had already gone too far to be salvaged. More

Car was dropped at 11:30 on Monday. I had to call at 1:30 because the status on the app just said “check in”. When I asked, they explained how busy they were and had just started to take a look. I said okay, no worries, please let me know what you find out. At 3:00, nothing. I called. They tried to explain what the issue was but I really didn’t understand. They quoted me over $1500 to fix. They said it would be ready “mid day tomorrow” (Tuesday). I said okay. I called back again to try and get a better explanation of what the issue was and asked why it cost so much to fix. They said they were sorry, that the person that wrote up the work order was new and they didn’t wrong. The true cost was going to be $350. Wow, okay. So 1pm Tuesday, crickets. I called, spoke with Gian again, who said he didn’t know what was going on he would take a look. He pulls up everything on the computer and is reading to me that the parts are scheduled for delivery at 5pm. I said “why did you tell me the car would be ready mid day when you didn’t even have the parts”? He had no answer. I said “please call me when you get the parts.” He said “okay”. 5pm came and went, the service department closes at 6p. I heard nothing. I called Wednesday around 10:15 to be told by Gian “funny enough, they are finishing it right now”. I was not laughing. I said “okay, what’s next”? He said they will finish testing everything and I have to get your paperwork together. I said “so you will call me to settle up”? He said “yes”. Two hours later I had to call again, to be told by Gian “I’m running around here like a chicken with its head cut off”. Sorry, but I have no sympathy for that at this point. Over 48 hours with my car, not one phone call from them. I had to call each time. And the only reason we settled up was because I said “I’m not getting off this phone until we are done”. The car is finished and still crickets. Totally unacceptable. One positive note, they applied a discount for my trouble. I very much appreciated that. However, the customer experience and the experience of the Service Advisor were sub par. I will not be returning to this dealership for anything. Oh, I also wrote to the GM about my experience and requested a phone call. Got nothing. More
