There is a disconnect between finance when you purchase your car and the service department. I purchased an elite package, service stated that I did not have the package. Finance confirmed and then when your car and the service department. I purchased an elite package, service stated that I did not have the package. Finance confirmed and then when I went in for service that tried to bill me for service. After confirming with finance again they did not charge. Unfortunately I lease a Nissan Rouge and since purchase we have had issues with the computer system. Purchased in October 2026 and issue is still not fixed after 3 seperate visits to the dealership. More
