We had been long-standing patrons of Nissan of Sacramento until our experience yesterday. We own a hybrid Nissan Rogue that recently displayed its engine light. After scheduling an appointment, we were given an initial quote of $195 for diagnostics. Upon our arrival at the dealership, Chris Collier greeted us. Upon discovering that our vehicle was a hybrid, he promptly stated that the diagnostics for such cars were more intricate, justifying a price of $390, double our initial quote. Baffled by this sudden price change, we deliberated our options. I approached Chris again for clarity on the price discrepancy, and he reaffirmed the $390 charge. Out of curiosity, we then reached out to a nearby auto service and were quoted the original $195 for diagnostics and immediately took our car there for a $1500 repair job. Once we returned home, I contacted Nissan of Sacramento from a different phone. I posed a similar inquiry regarding the cost for a hybrid diagnostics. The representative confirmed it was, in fact, $195, irrespective of whether the car was hybrid or not. This inconsistency and apparent lack of transparency from your team is disheartening. We felt that our trust was compromised based on which service advisor we were assigned to. Regrettably, this has impacted our loyalty to your dealership. More

Highest value offered for trade-ins, lowest interest rates offered on the loans and leases. Many dealerships offer a decent sales experience now but Carlos adds a truly human touch to it that’s hard to replicate! More

The potentially complicated job took only one day and was equal in cost to the estimate. Staff was courteous and enthusiastic regarding their ability to get the job done on time. My service advisor, Scott Burnett, praised his group of mechanics, something I feel is rare in these days and times. It has been a pleasure dealing with this group.
