I had the worst experience at Nissan San Bernardino and strongly advise others to stay away. I traded in my Nissan Sentra for a 2025 Frontier truck, expecting a smooth and professional transaction. Unfortu strongly advise others to stay away. I traded in my Nissan Sentra for a 2025 Frontier truck, expecting a smooth and professional transaction. Unfortunately, it’s been a nightmare ever since. The dealership failed to pay off the remaining balance on my Sentra, which is a clear violation of the contract. I discovered this on my own and have been calling every day to resolve the issue. I was told by Carlos in finance that he would take care of it, but it’s been over a month and nothing has been done. Despite leaving messages and following up consistently, Carlos never returns calls or provides updates. Two weeks later, I finally got through to another finance rep, Norma, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to assist me, she dismissed my concerns and incorrectly claimed the loan had been paid off without even looking at the correct vehicle. This entire process has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is unacceptable. If you want a smooth, honest car-buying experience, avoid this dealership at all costs. Especially stay away from Carlos, Norma, and Brian. They have shown nothing but disregard for their responsibilities and for customer satisfaction. More
Sales Department is a joke , avoid them , no knowledge no attitude no service want to steal you basically, went to buy car stay more than one hour, salesman didn’t show me the car , he hide them he brought m attitude no service want to steal you basically, went to buy car stay more than one hour, salesman didn’t show me the car , he hide them he brought me his lady manager who try to asked me for $700 payment for leasing a car when I asked her about the details or the details she called her manger who was more stupid than her who asked me not to wasted his time while my time was more valuable than his and I end up having the same vehicle lease at $350 , half what they asked !!! I don’t know what they want to sell beside the car !!! More
