The service was awful. I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:15 and I didn’t leave until 11:50. No one came in and follow up wit I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there at 9:15 and I didn’t leave until 11:50. No one came in and follow up with me and apologize for the wait time. The service writer was very nice and apologize when I was leaving for the wait time. Please stop asking if I would like to trade my vehicle in. More
