Buying experience and service experience was good. But traded car that I had purchased from them. Went in and canceled my gap coverage. I was told that I was owed money. It has now been 16 weeks. I have called and finance department is busy. So I emailed and no response. Would not recommend. More

They’re very thorough and keep my car in good shape.. also today we was there Patrick had talked to me for about over 30 minutes about the new Nissan kick was telling me different things about it. It may not be the car for me right now cause I have a 23 kick but he was very friendly and he seemed like he wasn’t pushing me to buy a car and I just appreciate his honesty and professionalism. When I am ready to buy a car or train my car in, I would definitely go to Patrick. More
I arrived to the dealership around 3 PM at the Service drive. Wait around 15 minutes to somebody come greet me at the service drive. First scheduled service for a recall I drove almost 2 hrs. to get there. Called the morning of the visit to confirm. When I got there I was told they were unable to do it because of a scheduled close o hrs. to get there. Called the morning of the visit to confirm. Rescheduled was told as the first the update would take 1 hr. When I got there was told by the same expressionless tech no it would take two hrs at least, they shouldn’t have told you that. While setting inside with 3 other customers, I did not join in but all 3 people complaining intensely about Nissans lack of caring. More
We just bought a new 25 Pathfinder and to be honest I was dragging my feet to purchase a new car. Stopping in at Nissan of St Augustine was a great experience. During the process we met Mike the finance manager among his other duties as assigned and again he to was so kind and helpful. Yes, we are a retired couple and if your not buying cars all the time the process can be overwhelming. These two gentlemen made our purchase go smoothly and we couldn't ask for more. If your looking for a Nissan or something else they have on the lot, stop in and check them out.. These people are such LIARS, and I don’t say that about people. I rarely ever do reviews but felt a warning is warranted here. With so many people being scammed and taken advantage of today! We had been texting Jose, Christian, and the “manager”, Anthony Batista by phone for 2 days. Explaining we wanted all information before driving 2 1/2 hours. We confirmed all rebates, interest rate, all fees. (Even though they did try to throw an extra fee in that supposedly they charge everyone of $1500+. Which we refused. That was not in the numbers we were provided prior to going.After all of that, they still came back and tried to tell us that they couldn’t give us any of those rebates because of the interest rate. Had to go through three different people. Supposedly, they were gonna call the owner. Ended up finally speaking with Kal, To tell us that they would honor the price with all the rebates, but they weren’t gonna give us the interest rate. All this was confirmed in detail over the phone and in text messages. Be prepared to get the runaround. Complete waste of our time More
