Where. is the concern for the customer? Had my nissan 350z roadster serviced for oil change. And coolant changed. The tech left coolant and oil all over the front of my car. dont go there!!! I had a nissan Rouge for 3 years my lease ended and I wanted to get a new nissan. Customer service is nonexistent 8-14 I took my Sentra in because of "Service Engine Soon" light. After 5 day's of leaving messages and not receiving call backs I picked the car up ($ 8-14 I took my Sentra in because of "Service Engine Soon" light. After 5 day's of leaving messages and not receiving call backs I picked the car up ($381). 10/14 (7 am on Mon), took the car in because of "Service Engine Soon" light. I was called Mon. afternoon with an estimate of $1008. No update received Tue. I called Wed. and left a message to please call me re the status. My call was not returned. I called Thu. and after being on hold for 4 min then being cut off, I was told the car would possibly be ready later in the day and I would be called. I bought the car from "Miller Nissan" and never took it anywhere else for service, which was excellent. I will not use this Dealership for service ever again. More

Nissan of Van Nuys, gave us an Overflowing Excellent Service to our purchase of 2011 BMW 3 series - Salesman Augusto Montemayor came to the dealership during his day off which is so great & we appreciated so much his extra effort and adjustment w/ our busy schedule - aside from that, we have some credit issues, but the very Helpful GM Mr. Juan Torres and Desk Manager Mr. George Aguilas work an extra further effort to make us a deal and drive the very nice pre-owned bmw that same day... then finally we had a deal...!!!! We are very happy and thankful to your SUPERB customer service. No title? I purchased a used RAV4 from NIssan of Van Nuys in July and drove it out of state to give to my daughter. It is now October (tomorrow), and I have yet I purchased a used RAV4 from NIssan of Van Nuys in July and drove it out of state to give to my daughter. It is now October (tomorrow), and I have yet to receive a title. It has been ten weeks since the date of purchase. My daughter's temporary registration has expired. The DMV in her state tried to talk to the title clerk at this dealership. There was no response. I went in with paperwork from the out of state DMV to get it signed by the dealership. If they will fax it back to that state, my kid can have temporary registration. They took the paperwork and told me the title clerk would be back in an hour or two. Two hours? That puts it at 4:20, and I was told the previous day that they business offices at Van Nuys Nissan close at 4:30. Needless to say, I am disgusted, angered, and mad at the passing the buck on responsibility for this predicament. I will NEVER, EVER recommend this dealership as a place to purchase a car. More
