They needed to order parts and gave me 2 weeks as estimate - I had to follow up after 3+ weeks. They said the part was there. I brought my car in on Saturday, they said it would be ready on Wednesday estimate - I had to follow up after 3+ weeks. They said the part was there. I brought my car in on Saturday, they said it would be ready on Wednesday. It was not, and on Friday I got a text saying that the part arrived. So seems like dealership lied about the part when they said they'd got it. It took over a week to get my car back. I am sure mechanic is great, but their communications and estimates are completely broken. More

2 months after the purchase of new vehicle, and the tags have still not arrived. My wife is driving around with expired temporary tags. Called an hour later for a better explanation, no return call and still waiting three days later for the call. Seems like they want to sell you the car, then forget about the service after. I understand that things happen and there may be unforeseen issues or mistakes made, but please communicate. Disappointing coming from a company selling a nice car. Luxury is what you get out of the car but not the dealership. Update, called again today and after being transferred multiple times, we learn that the tags were filed under someone else's name. Love the car, won't be back to the dealership. More
