They took my car for servicing and said oil change is not needed, they didn't even reset the servicing reminder on the car. My car still says service due -5 days and they didn't even wash the vehicle and I f needed, they didn't even reset the servicing reminder on the car. No communication, my car sat for 12 days (later found out was already “diagnosed”) but it took me going up there and asking for my car back for me to get answers. However I won’t be going back even for the trim, I don’t trust the techs they have working on my Genesis. would not recommend. Bad diagnosis on the technicians end, even when I stated what the exact problem was (since I’m a tech myself but car is under warranty so I can’t touch it.) More
