I was greeted by Tony Galdo within minutes on the vehicle lot. Tony was a pleasure to deal with from every step of the process. He was very patient and accommodating as I went from one vehicle to another trying to make a decision. I finally decided on an 2026 Honda CRV Touring. All of the staff at the dealership were very friendly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will return when it’s time to buy or lease my next vehicle. Again, Tony was an absolute pleasure to meet and deal with. More
Buyer Beware: I traded two cars into Norm Reeves VW. There was a substantial amount of unused gap insurance money that should be refunded to me. However, it was not due to a new policy. I did a deep dive into this and eventually discovered the following. The gap insurance unused money was incorporated into the loan payoff. I was never apprised of this and was very surprised when they explained it to me when I questioned them. Please pay attention to your payoff numbers prior to trading in your vehicle as I definitely feel this is unfair. I will not deal with this dealership again. I do love my car but, I will go elsewhere from this day forward. More

I'm 80 and have been been a commercial real estate broker for the last 45 years. Still am! Max is the epitome of a knowledge, honesty and a caring sales person. Just a joy to work with. He listens!!! I have been extremely happy with our interactions. You can trust him. He has now been promoted to sales manager. That's no surprise. Ask for him, Tell him Dave Bruce sent you. More

I had an appointment tonight at 6:00 with Kenneth Jackson and left work early to place a deposit on a vehicle that I was promised only to be given some lame excuse that they no longer had the vehicle, although no one ever called me to tell me that before I drove there. Norm Reeves should be ashamed of their business practices! Unbelievable!! What a disgrace! More
3/5/25: I am from out of state and I had a nail in my tire. My Honda is only 8 months old and has 16k miles on it. Okay, I replaced the entire tire because they told me that the nail had worn the tread. tire. My Honda is only 8 months old and has 16k miles on it. Okay, I replaced the entire tire because they told me that the nail had worn the tread. That was the first red flag. I am staying an hour away from the dealership and I was on my way home after paying $270 for ONE new tire and noticed that there is grease or brake dust all OVER the ceiling of my car!!! How does that even happen?! Of course by the time I had noticed it, the shop was closed, although I had left only 20 minutes prior. I called the sales dept and asked to speak to a manager, but he was busy with a guest, I was adamant to the operator that he return my call prior to the sales team leaving- but no such return call was made. I should be leaving town tomorrow to take the 10 hour drive back home but now I have to wait for the shop to open at 7/7:30 to drive the hour there just to get them to address the filthy head liner. Again, HOW or WHY did this happen in the first place when only the tire was being changed?! This car is brand new! I don’t even allow anyone to eat in my car because of the beige interior- but now it is all completely stained up. I’m am BEYOND mad and would NEVER EVER recommend their service dept. to anyone in the area. This should never have happened! More
Bye-bye Norm Reeves Honda in Port Charlotte, no thanks or stars from your former repeat customers. Reasons are below: 01/28/2025 we found a certified 2024 Honda CRV. Unfortunately, we were shown a history stars from your former repeat customers. Reasons are below: 01/28/2025 we found a certified 2024 Honda CRV. Unfortunately, we were shown a history car report from a different car. 01/30/2025 the car was ready to be picked up, we bought it, but neither a certification nor a correct history car report was given during the purchase. 01/31/2025 we went back to get missing documents to find out that the car was in TWO ACCIDENTS. If it was disclosed right away, we would never consider buying it. The dealership promised to get us a different car or our money back. 02/03/2025 we returned the car and wanted the dealership to cut us a check. They promised to get us a new 2025 Honda by 02/14 (Valentine’s gift), and we decided to give them another chance to make wrong right. Timing was the issue, but we were assured that the car would be at the dealership not later than February 14-16. 02/17/2025 no calls; we visited the dealership to find out what happened to be told by Mike Austin that we wanted to purchase the most popular white car with gray interior as if we had not discussed it before. No apology from Mike who said that the car might be available only in 2-4 weeks. Try to live without a car for another 4 weeks. The only decent person who apologized for the inconvenience was Roy. We got our money back, and the dealership lost their devoted customers. G&Y Kogan More
I had purchased a used Honda passport from another dealership but it had to be brought to Honda for a recall on the fuel pump. After the recall was taken care of the car wreaked of gasoline the smell dealership but it had to be brought to Honda for a recall on the fuel pump. After the recall was taken care of the car wreaked of gasoline the smell was so bad that the car was on drivable and it could not be kept in the garage. I contacted Honda explain the situation and was told to air out the car for 2 days if the problem continued to call them back to have the car looked at. A week later and the car still smells really bad. I was getting nauseous dizzy and very light-headed unable to drive the car. I contacted Honda not once but two more times about the problem. I was told that they did their part the recall and if there's anything else going on it has nothing to do with what they did that I was to take the car back to the dealer where I purchased it and have them take a look at it. I could not drive the car to the dealer you could not sit in that car even with the windows open. To drive the car all the way to punta Gorda was taking a chance of fainting behind the wheel and either killing myself or somebody else and Honda did not care. I finally got the dealer that I bought the car from to pick up the car and try to find out what was wrong with it. In the end the car had to be taken back to Honda because it had to do with the recall it was done incorrectly. I was told that there was some kind of a seal that they did not seal correctly and that is why the fumes were leaking into the car. For almost a month I could not drive my car and I got sick every time I got into the car. All this could have been avoided had Honda looked at the car like I was first told they would. I would not recommend to steal it to anybody the service center that is. And I do not know if I would be visiting them in the near future. If the car had the fuel tank replaced and it smelled like gasoline obviously had something to do with the work was done incorrectly it's common sense. More
