Bought new honda accord, all tires had flat spots and will need to be replaced. I brought my car in to be looked at and to get tires replaced, since the car is brand new. I am very unhappy with the service I received and even more upset that they are giving me a hard time on replacing the tires. I spent a lot of money on this car and feel that the dealership doesn't care because it is not there problem any more,this problem should be covered under warranty or the dealership should accept the responsibility that they let a car sat on the lot for 6 months with out moving the car so this problem would not happen. I have already contacted Honda corporate office and will be taking my complaints to social media letting people know the poor service I have received. On top of tire issue, I explained to the service department that I recently had my windows tinted and that they could not be rolled down. Next thing I know the service tech is cruising out of the lot with windows open, this is very upsetting to me. I also discovered a nice new nick on my front rim and a scratch on the back rim, so much for me trying to keep my car in good condition. They really need to express to the service techs that they need to be a little more careful with other peoples property and that some people like to keep their vehicles in good shape. I am slowly regretting my purchase of my new Honda, I love my car but the way I have been treated is by far professional. More

We made a deal for a 2014 Honda Accord about 12- 1 pm on Monday Jan. 27,2014. We were working with Jason and Jean and they located the car we wanted at a dealer near by. We were told it won't be long and Monday Jan. 27,2014. We were working with Jason and Jean and they located the car we wanted at a dealer near by. About 4 hours later we decided not to wait any longer and Jason told us if we'd leave a check for $1000. he'd hold the check as good faith money and give us the check back when we picked up the car. The check would not be cashed. He called and left a message on Tuesday afternoon and said the car was ready. We came in on Wednesday to pick up the car. After looking the car over, we noticed the mud guards we ordered and paid for were not installed. Jason checked and found they did not have the guards and we were told they would be in on Thursday after 1:30 p.m. Then we inquired about our $1000 check and Jason checked on that only to find it had been cashed and we were told we could get it back on Feb. 10, 2014. That was totally unacceptable. Jean came on the scene and said that was the store policy. That was unacceptable also. This was not our error. Jean made good on the $1000 from his account. We came back to the dealership later that day and gave Jean a copy on the cancelled check from our bank to prove the transaction. Now it's Monday Feb. 3, 2014 still no mud guards; no call to inform us when we will get them. We've called the service department and they informed us it only takes a day to get them once they are ordered. HAS ANYONE ORDERED THEM? When will we hear about this. Is it our responsibility to order them and chase them down. We have purchased 2 other Honda's and NEVER had to go through this hassle. More

I was pre-approved through a bank for 17,000 and needed that to be the "out the door" price. I drove from Tampa (1.5 hour drive) and when I got there I was told they could not get to that number, then the that to be the "out the door" price. Then they told me they went thru another lender and found me a BETTER interest rate!!!! The service and Price I got definitely made the experience worth the DRIVE :-) I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and ESPECIALLY this SALESMAN!!!! Finance guy was full of nice surprises too!
