My husband & I recently bought a 2014 Honda CR-V. My husband had looked at other SUV'S , but we always came back to preferring the Honda. When we got to the dealership we felt welcomed, Jason Penland husband had looked at other SUV'S , but we always came back to preferring the Honda. When we got to the dealership we felt welcomed, Jason Penland was the salesman we worked with, he was just the greatest. Although , I made it very difficult for him. You see, I had an issue with the color. We took home a grey, brought it back, then a brown, then another one called Urban Titaniumn, that we kept. We love it. We almost weren't able to change it, but thanks to Brian Irvin, the General Manager, for approving the change, we got our third choice. I just can't believe how wonderful they all were to us. We also worked with Edwin Benson who did the financial paper work. He was so patient with us. We haven't had a new for quite a few years but they made the process easy. We can't thank you enough for the way we were treated. YOU ALL DESERVE 10's .
