ZAK BOLLING IS VERY PROFESOINAL SALESPERSON, WITH GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEGE ON BOTH VW & HONDA.I CAME TO YOUR DEALERSHIP TO LOOK AT A VW. AFTER DRIVING ONE ,I DESIDED TO LOOK AT A HONDA.ZAK DEMOED THE ACCORD PRODUCT KNOWLEGE ON BOTH VW & HONDA.I CAME TO YOUR DEALERSHIP TO LOOK AT A VW. AFTER DRIVING ONE ,I DESIDED TO LOOK AT A HONDA.ZAK DEMOED THE ACCORD (OWNERS DEMO).THIS WAS CLOSE TO THE TOYOTA I HAD BEEN LOOK AT. ZAK GAVE ME A "OTD" PRICE. I'LL THINK ABOUT IT &RETURNED HOME.CALLED ZAK THE NEXT DAY WITH A COUNTER OFFER,HE TURNED OVER SALES MANAGER PAUL HAYES,PAUL CALLED ME THAT NITE,WE AGREED ON A PRICE.PAUL SAID THEY WOULD PUT A "SOLD TAG" ON THE UNIT,AS IT MIGHT BE A DAY OR TWO BEFORE I COULD UP IT UP. CALLED ZAK LATER IN THE WEEK FOR A TIME TO TAKE DELIVERY. TOLD ME 6:00PM. I ARIVED AT 6:00 PM,FROM THAT POINT ON EVERYTHING WAS A "UNNECESSARY MESS"! YES,I DID TAKE DELIVERY OF HONDA ACCORD,BUT NOT THE ONE THAT I DEMOED A DAY OR TWO BEFORE,NOT THE ONE THEY PRICED TO ME & NOT THE ONE THEY WERE GOING TO PUT THE "SOLD TAG" ON.I WAS VERY CLOSE TO WALKING OUT! I SPENT SOME YEARS AS A GM IN A FORD STORE,WE CALLED IT THE "MAGIC MOMENT" (DELIVERY OF A UNIT TO A CUSTOMER).I KNOW THAT THING CHANGE & MISTAKES ARE MADE. YOU MIGHT TALK TO ALL PERSON'S INVOLVED IN THIS FOR A TRUE STORY OF WHAT HAPPENED.I'M SURE I WAS NOT TOLD "THE WHOLE STORY". The worst experience ever.I lost the loan, because they didn't send the papers in on time. They tried to repo the car after I contacted a Lawer. I finally paid cash, but did not receive the title yet. It's didn't send the papers in on time. They tried to repo the car after I contacted a Lawer. My wife and I were not planning on buying a new car but had a choice putting more money in our present car for repairs or see what was out there. Zack Bolling went above and beyond taking care of me. He made a one hour trip from Port Charlotte to Sarasota to pick me up at my house so that I could shop for a car. When I told him what and needed and wanted , he listened. Zack Bolling is extremely professional, courteous , patient and helpful. He did not make up stories or do anything that would cause me to complain about him. I must say he is a wonderful person and a very suitable salesperson. He is so nice and so genuine that I most highly recommend him for anybody's car purchasing requirements. As an aside, he has prior military service so his veteran status adds to his capable demeanor.
