Good service except our HRV was supposed to get an alignment and for some reason was put up on a rack for 40 minutes and when I asked about it they decided to take it next door to Volkswagen for the a alignment and for some reason was put up on a rack for 40 minutes and when I asked about it they decided to take it next door to Volkswagen for the alignment so I told them to bring the vehicle back and did not get an alignment. I was told that if I bring it back the alignment would be half price but I do not plan on bringing it back for an alignment. More

Had appointment with service to install driver side mirror on Dec 9th at 1:30PM, which I had ordered with your parts dept. on Dec 2nd. Around 3PM a service person came and told me the mirror was for th mirror on Dec 9th at 1:30PM, which I had ordered with your parts dept. on Dec 2nd. Around 3PM a service person came and told me the mirror was for the passenger side and was incorrectly ordered! Parts admitted their mistake and apologized. They would get the correct mirror and a new appointment was for Dec 15th at 12:30PM. The replacement mirror glass was installed "AS BEST AS POSSIBLE" on Dec 15th for $99.99 plus tax!!!! The mirror glass cost $69.99 plus tax! So for $181.88 I had a replacement glass mirror installed which probably took less than 15 minutes! You advertise tire alignment for $109.00 which will require more time than my mirror. Your staff were courteous, but I give Norm Reeves no stars at this time. I feel unjustly charged.
