Best car buying experience I ever had While we were taking into consideration the possibility of buying a new car, we had no intention of making a purchase the day we came to just LOOK at While we were taking into consideration the possibility of buying a new car, we had no intention of making a purchase the day we came to just LOOK at Norm Reeves Honda West Covina. The right guy was working that day to help us, and Joe Nasir was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic Sport and the other Honda models, and he was able to answer all of our questions. He didn't hammer us. There was no high pressure, something ALL potential car buyers hate. He listened. And more importantly, he asked the right questions. Because of his experience and expertise, he was able to take an offer to his manager and quickly and seamlessly make it happen. We honestly couldn't say no, because he took any "problems" out of the equation. We thought we'd go through the pain and hassle once we got to the finance manager. Nope. Eamahan was just an incredible. He reviewed our paperwork and understood what our true needs would be and make the experience overall very enjoyable and efficient.
