I will never take take my car here again like ever again they took more than 1 month to get my car fixed which was really simple fix I could have done it myself but I wanted OEM parts so I figured I’d just they took more than 1 month to get my car fixed which was really simple fix I could have done it myself but I wanted OEM parts so I figured I’d just use my insurance and take it to the dealership I was also curious about that process being that I always fix my own cars but now I know to NEVER take my car to a dealership for work I had to get 4 car rental extensions because they were not done with the car because 1 excuse led to another and was told 2 times that within 1 more week the car will be completely ready for you and was not I do not like this dealership they were nice people but to replace a bumper and radiator is a 1 day fix even with paint matching but yeah if I can give -10 stars I would!! STAY AWAY AND FIX IT YOURSELF SAVE YOUR TIME!!! More
It is very difficult to do business with you. The app and the website are terrible. When I can get someone on the phone, they perform badly. I was told I could not schedule on a certain date. After getting the service done, I received an email telling me I needed to schedule service. So, my conclusion is that you are very disorganized. More

I realize that this was just a recall appointment, but it took two visits to change the fuse. I originally scheduled the visit last year. I took it on myself to return last month, hoping to resolve the issue. I was glad that y’all were able to fulfill the recall. At the end, my service man boasted that my car had been wash and vacuumed. I’m sorry, but it was just as dirty as it was when I pulled in. My biggest complaint was that I received this thorough vehicle inspection, yet y’all missed the leaking power steering pump. This was assessed by my regular mechanic just a few days after I was at your shop. He also pointed out that the cap for the power steering reservoir was missing. I Left a couple texts, requesting a replacement one. I got an initial response and then no follow up. So I replaced the cap myself. More
