My Review of Norris Nissan West:
It is too bad that I have to write this negative review. We dealt with an excellent salesman and sales manager. The odd thing is that when we went to pick up the car the day after we bought it we were treated very rudely by the salesman that was working. Have no idea at all why we were treated rudely, as we were just picking up a car that we purchased the day before. When my wife mentioned that he had treated us rudely he said nothing, as if he could not care less about us or our business. Have never been treated that way when buying a car or a pack of gum. Guess business must be so good customers don't matter.

My Review of Norris Nissan West:
I bought a Nissan Quest on Friday 3/31/06. When I drove the car home, I heard the engine noise. I contact server on next Monday and bring the car to the store on Wednesday. They said the B Pipe is bent and the hanger gone, they insisted it is road damage and I have to pay it. I am sure I didn't run over anything, if did, it can't just damage the bottom of the car, but not the front. I am very dispointed with dealor and Nissan!
