They treated me very well however, I do have one complaint. I was waiting almost 7 weeks for a rim for my 2023 Escalade. Although I don't blame the dealership, the followup on my numerous calls coul complaint. I was waiting almost 7 weeks for a rim for my 2023 Escalade. Although I don't blame the dealership, the followup on my numerous calls could have been handled better. Once the cause of the wait was resolved the rim was ordered and recieved in 5 days. I feel that the issue could have been resolved quicker if some deeper research was done. Then once I received my vehicle back the rear upholstery was dirty from the old rim and tire that I returned to the dealer. I placed a heavy duty garbage bag between the tire and carpet to prevent this. The tire should have just slid out on the bag! Now I have to shampoo the rear cargo area! No big deal but still! I keep my vehicle clean! Maintenance technicians should not only maintain a customer's vehicle but also keep it clean! This is why I can only give 4 stars otherwise I would have given all the stars. Dave the manager got my truck in to the dealership. Found the part at another dealership in a other state, had good contact with my warranty company, and accommodated them. I had my truck back just over 2 weeks time, William the mechanic kept me informed with the process and status of my repair. Roslyn GMC was real good with me and ill go back again. They were very courteous and attentive to my questions. More
They are scammers i visited last august 22 for engine recall and som update so they did it okay but they did mistake didn’t properly program my car had issue camera line did not came so make another appo recall and som update so they did it okay but they did mistake didn’t properly program my car had issue camera line did not came so make another appointment it was September 5 the guy Will his name he demanded I have pay for it I ask him that problem was from update he still dose not want to touch my car without I agree to pay $275 them I agree to pay him The 4 hours later he ask me Another 2 hours pay which is $550 to re program that program which was they did not last now he demanded I have to then he will fix it then he told me he will give me 10% discount I agreed to pay the I told him my wallet is in my car can I have the key I took the key went to car I seen already fixed but told me before it was not fixed yet but already fixed from mechanic I denied to pay him then come saying ok let me ask mechanic I argue with him that you guys didn’t properly program last time why I’m paying you now then still all bargaining he came down to agreed pay $275+tax I would never go again to this location this is not my first time problem with this location I did not write about last time happened they are really scammers More
