I had my 2015 cross trek in for inspection, oil change and 36000 mile service. That is not a typo, My crosstrek has very low mileage. I started to notice a rattling and one time it was so loud I was scare and 36000 mile service. That is not a typo, My crosstrek has very low mileage. I started to notice a rattling and one time it was so loud I was scared to even drive. A local mechanic came to my house, looked under the hood and everything seemed fine. We brought it to his shop where it was put on a lift and what was discovered will shock you! The exhaust shield wasn’t bolted at all! There is no excuse for this. I didn’t complain when they lost the key to my car a couple of years ago, but this carelessness in inexcusable. Makes me wonder if it was carelessness or done on purpose to bring the car back in and charge me for unnecessary work! More

In all of the years I’ve purchased cars, this has by far been the best experience over at North Coast Subaru. I walked in and right away I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have an appointment, but they assured me I would be handled in a timely matter. My salesman Jose walked up to me, introduced himself, I showed him what I wanted and he delivered. We went on a test drive where Jose explained in detail all the functions of the car and made sure I felt comfortable. I had a few questions regarding financing vs cash and I was also able to meet the general manager Eric who further explained my options regarding this. At this point I was confident in my decision and the integrity of the dealership. My wife was very happy. Much thanks to my North Coast Family ! More
