I called to make an appointment, I didn't get a return phone call. I scheduled an appointment. I arrived at my appointment. 1:47 minutes later I was notified that my truck recall was complete. When I made my appointment in person the gentleman told me the recall would be replacing the gear stick. Upon my arrival a different gentleman said it was a piece of the transmission .
