I am disappointed with the new management of the dealership. I have 3 vehicles, which I have had regularly serviced here, including oil changes, tires and brakes. I came in for an oil change and ask dealership. I have 3 vehicles, which I have had regularly serviced here, including oil changes, tires and brakes. I came in for an oil change and asked the new service manager to check on an engine service light. His response was "A diagnostic is $225". Considering my extensive customer history, I expected him to say "No problem" as if a repair was needed, he would make money for the repair. I'm now looking for a new service provider who will appreciate a regular customer. More

He is a very great guy. I would normally not purchase a Ford but because he works there, I know that I will be well taken care of a vehicle purchase. Is more than what you drive it’s the relationship. You have with the people at that dealership as well because when you need service, you need someone you can rely on and with that you have it with Mr. Rouse he generally is a great guy.
