This is one of the few dealerships that understands that the cars on their lot are not just vehicles, they're financial investments. With a lifetime warranty courtesy of Subaru, bumper to bumper and an extended 100,000mile power train warranty ON TOP of the pre existing mileage, they truly will do everything in their power to keep you on the road safe, comfortable, and utterly satisfied. Buying a certified pre-owned may as well have been fresh off the factory line. Bare minimum depreciation, and covered for life (outside of oil changes haha). I could not recommend this dealership enough. They've secured a customer for life. More
Great experience first time I've been shopping for a used vehicle my last vehicles were all leases. I did a lot of Internet searching and ended up speaking to Maddie because they had a car there that I thought was a good deal for me she sent me up with Kelvin who helped me with that car but it wasn't right for me after you listen to all the things I was looking for he showed me a vehicle with low mileage way better then I had seen online anywhere and I ended up getting that car and I love it! Corey helped me with the financing and he was very lovely to work with and I even was able to get my insurance set up right there with Quan! Patty and service helped me with getting the inspection completed and I look forward to taking my car back for all my service needs. Fantastic experience! More
I would like to write a review featuring Vanessa. I went from a 21 yr. old car with basic features to a 2025 Forester with features that I swore I needed a pilot's license to figure out. Vanessa has been there every step of the way with a boat load of patience taking extra time to explain, demonstrate and watch me execute the various controls. I have had the car for 5 mos. and I am still able to call her to help with the features I don't yet know. I can't sing her praises enough, and I can't thank her enough for all her help. She has added to the great experience I had with North Fort Lauderdale Subaru. More

It's neither fair nor legal to sell a vehicle that isn't free and has an active debt. As a serious company, they should check before buying and selling a car. It's not fair to play with people's emotions, feelings, and time. They also harmed me in other ways: 1. I had my VW ID4, with all its accessories (seat covers, steering wheel covers, and front-end protectors), which I discarded because I had supposedly already bought a Tesla. After negotiating with the new Tesla, I bought all its accessories anyway. No way, because the deal fell apart. 2. After this process, my credit score was also affected. 3. When I traded in my VW, I discarded the car's documentation. Registration, insurance documents, etc. Getting that back costs money and time. 4. To date, the financial situation of my car loan is uncertain, which is why I can't get a trade-in right now. Every day that passes, I'm putting more miles on my car without being able to get a trade-in. That's money I'm losing day by day. 5. The time wasted negotiating: traveling to your facilities is far from my home. I'm a mother of two and I work. I traveled so far to negotiate a car that had problems. My time is very important and precious. 6. The lack of honesty in telling me what happened. When Mo called me, he told me there was just an issue with the previous owner, but that it wasn't serious. I was never informed that when I brought the car in, they would take it away from me. I felt cheated. More
