I have owned various Dodge vehicles throughout my life and I would say in my opinion that during the 1990's or so Chrysler had a black eye because it seemed the quality of their vehicles was not very good and I would say in my opinion that during the 1990's or so Chrysler had a black eye because it seemed the quality of their vehicles was not very good. Now with how things have changed due to the global economy and the necessity to deliver a good product inorder to stay competitive, Chrysler has exceeded in that now. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo back in Nov 2011 and we are extreamly happy with our purchase. The vehicle preformes awsome, and I would say that Chrysler has delivered a top notch vehicle. We purchased the vehicle from North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and the staff there was extreamly helpful and took the time showing us several different vehicles to make sure we were purchasing the one we wanted and not try to just pressure us into just any vehicle just to make a sale. Becuase of the great experiance we had there, we just went back to them and purchased a second vehicle which was the 2012 Dodge Charger. Im very impressed with Chrysler's redesign of the Charger. I took it for a test ride and knew that it was the one for me. The end of last summer we bought a new 2011 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible from Mac McGee. The car is outstanding and in my opinion has a more comfortable ride than my Lexus ES 350. We were both very happy until the first winter storm that I had to drive from Pittsburg to Cleveland in and I realized that living in Cleveland and not having an AWD vehicle was not good. I did some research and decided that I wanted to take a hard look at the Dodge Durangos. So we went back to look up our good friend Mac Mcgee at North Olmsted Dodge. My timing could not have been better. Mac helped us negotiate a great deal year end on a fully loaded 2011 Durango Citadel. The vehicle rides as good as it looks. Chrysler's clever new catch phrase "Imported from Detroit" says it all. If you want better quality than Lexus, look at Chrysler's new line of cars and if you want a great deal on one of them go see Mac Mcgee at North Olmsted Dodge. More

I was looking for a specific Challenger RT Classic, with specific options. The salesman worked hard to find viable vehicles (3 different colors that I preferred) even though they were located more than 40+ specific options. Out of the 3 possible vehicles, he was able to secure one and went out of his way to provide the best price possible. I really liked the whole "no haggle" process. Mr Schupp worked with his finance manager Mr Somerville to beat the finance rate I was going to use with my credit union, resulting in more savings for me. They took the time to explain all aspects of the vehicle, financing, rebates and any available extended warrantees to my satisfaction. I was concerned with getting the vehicle transported to NOCJDR without adding extra miles since it was located more than 40+ miles away at another Dodge dealership. Mr Schupp was able to deliver it without issue. Now that I have had a chance to drive my new Challenger RT Classic, I find the vehicle far exceeding my expectations. The dealership was easy to find and is close to home. They are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to please the customer. Their service department was clean and appointment hours are flexible. Overall a very positive experience. More

I've bought 4 vehicles from this place and will NEVER go anywhere else. They really take care of you after the sale.
