I have never left a negative review for any business. This is the first time doing this. Saw a truck at this dealership on CarGurus. Drove 150 miles to see the truck. Got the offer from the salesman before we went to finance department. While reviewing I noticed that the price had significantly increased from listing price. False advertisement because they said the price was for the base model not the one advertised even though stock number and VIN matched the truck I was looking at. When I asked for itemization of all extra costs and add ons I noticed I was being charged for features that were not even installed in the truck. If I hadn’t closely examined that they would have gotten away with it. I agreed on a monthly price with the salesman after being there for 4 hours and back and forth with sales manager. Once I went into finance office he presented me with the contract that was $100 more per month than what I had agreed to. The finance manager blamed the salesman and the salesman couldn’t answer as to why he quoted me a certain price and the reality was a price much higher than agreed upon. Wasted 5 hours at the dealership had to walk out due to deceptive practices. More

Worst car customer service I’ve ever experienced. Isaac Macias was our salesman and should not be selling anything. He showed my wife and I two vehicles and didn’t seem to know anything about them.
