My wife and I recently bought a new Lexus for her at Northpark Lexus at Dominion. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The car we bought is nice; this review is only about the dealership. When we sat down with our assigned salesperson, he asked if I wanted to trade in her car. I asked what they would offer. He briefly stepped away before returning to present the offer. I didn’t think he was gone long enough for someone to appraise the car. I had previously checked the trade-in value, so I knew about what to expect. Their offer was a laughable, lowball offer. I then went to Auto Nation, Carmax, and Carvana. All of them offered to buy it at the trade-in value. I told that to our salesperson and asked him to ask the used car manager to reconsider his offer, and this time look at and drive the car. He then increased his offer to a reasonable amount. I shouldn’t have had to go through the trouble to get other offers. After we bought the car and were about to drive off, I was handed one of the license plates and told they didn’t install it because front plates were no longer required. That didn’t sound right, so the next day I checked with the DMV and was told they were required. I told our salesperson what I found out, and he said they were told by management that they were not required. I went to the service department and they installed it. When I sat down with the finance and insurance manager to do the paperwork, I was charged for a license. Our car had military plates and there was no fee for them. I told him we shouldn’t have to pay for them. He was adamant that we did have to pay for them and said I could go to the county tax office and apply for a refund. Given the handling of the trade-in offer, the misinformation provided regarding the front license plate, and the excess charge for licensing, I felt it was important for the general manager to be informed of my experience. I requested a meeting with him. I explained my experience. He was somewhat apologetic and said I wouldn’t have to go to the county tax office for a refund, his office would send it to me. He also said at the next sales meeting he would advise the salespeople that a front license plate was required. A month after we purchased the car, we hadn’t received the car’s title nor registration. I called the DMV to find out why the delay. I was informed that they had not yet received any documents from Northpark Lexus. I called our salesperson to find out why they hadn’t sent the documents. He said he would check and call me right back. He didn’t call me. A few days later, I sent him an email and that was not answered. I decided to just wait. Finally, about two months after we bought the car, the title and registration arrived. As I expected, I wasn’t charged for the license, but I was charged a fee for late receipt of the documents and another fee for late receipt of sales tax. So, as it turned out, the money Northpark charged me for the license paid all the late fees. I emailed the finance and insurance manager and copied the GM to let them know I wasn’t billed for the license and requested the refund that the GM had promised. It has been approximately one month since I sent the email, and I have yet to receive a response. Had I known then what I know now, I would have likely bought the new car from a different dealership. I never imagined a prestigious dealership like Northpark Lexus at Dominion would have been so unprofessional. More

After going to several non-Lexus dealerships, I was unprepared for the extremely high level of service I received at the North Park Lexus at Dominion. Everyone, literally everyone, was polite, thoughtf unprepared for the extremely high level of service I received at the North Park Lexus at Dominion. Everyone, literally everyone, was polite, thoughtful, and courteous. My sales consultant, Mitchell Long, and my financing consultant, Houssein Kiliani, were both very personable and went out of their way to answer whatever questions I had and did whatever they could to work with my personal situation. I don't think I've ever had a better car-buying experience and I highly recommend this dealership, and these employees in particular, to anyone looking to join the Lexus family! More

Took my 4mo GX550 in for hail damage. When I picked it up, they had chipped the paint on my fender over back driverside tire and didn't notice until I pointed it out. They said they could just touch it up with touch up paint but it was completely noticeable. Then I was told that I could bring it in next time and it would be fixed. When we opened up the hatch, the inside of my SUV was completely filthy. Mind you I was told that my car had been inspected already. My gas tank was completely empty and my dash had a notification of maintenance required. I contacted my sales person Christina who is a lifesaver and she got it all taken care of. A week later when I go to pick up my SUV, I notice a small dent on my gas tank door, scratch on hood, and dent blemish on hood as well. I'm then told, "Well the hood is as good as we could get it for the dent and the insurance didn't have the gas tank door on there." I said yes it was because there were two more dents on there that were fixed. So now I have to take my SUV in again for dent repair on gas tank door and to buff out scratch on hood and just be ok with the dent blemish on my hood. I have never been treated this way and being a Lexus company, I'm very disappointed. More
Purchased my first Lexus at Lexus Dominion in 2017 and have been so happy with all aspects of their service since. His enthusiasm for the cars he sells is inspiring. His customer service is second to none, and he even sent a car to pick me up at the airport when I arrived in town to pick up my new car. Hayden was extremely efficient with getting all the paperwork signed, which allowed me to head back to Dallas as quickly as possible Hayden was thoughtful in checking on me during my drive back to Dallas, making sure I was safe and understood how to work all the new features on the car.
