From the initial inquiry to the final paperwork, the entire process was transparent, friendly, and efficient. My product specialist, Alyssa Krauth, was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive to my emails and her no-hassle approach to pricing made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. After the sale, she walked me through the SUV’s features and helped with the initial setup. The finance process was just as smooth thanks to John Sell, the finance manager, who was efficient and clearly explained all the documents. I appreciated that there was no aggressive up-sell in products--the information was shared and I elected to opt out. I highly recommend North Penn Mazda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Their team, particularly Alyssa and John, made this a stress-free and positive experience from start to finish. More

I had a great experience getting my car serviced at North Penn Mazda. It was a bit far from me but I was able to leave my car overnight and get a free rental car. They were so generous in letting me keep the Penn Mazda. It was a bit far from me but I was able to leave my car overnight and get a free rental car. They were so generous in letting me keep the rental car for free for an extra day due to poor weather conditions. The service advisor explained everything thoroughly and I felt the customer service was excellent. They even washed my car after it was finished being serviced. More
